Full time cleaning staff, private on-site door man [24/7], huge living room and dining area with fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen (ideal for chef service). There are 2 designer pools with a swim-up bar and covered rancho which includes granite counter tops, a wet bar, bbq and TV. There is also water basketball, water volley ball, and an 11 foot waterfall cascading to the second pool. There is a 600sqf private Disco and party room lounge with light show, amazing sound system, and wet bar! A game room with pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard table and TV. Recently added workout gym equipment available for your use. There is an integrated sound system in the living room and swimming pool area. The pool side deck has been recently expanded.

2 Private Water Slides!

The property has two water slides for guest use. The first slide is 140 feet long and the newly constructed second slide is 200 feet long! Available for up to 2 hours per day.
